Brief Introduction to Meltblown Nonwovens

Meltblown nonwoven fabric is a kind of ultrafine fiber non-woven fabric which is understretched by strong hot air. The fiber diameter is about 2 microns, which is the finest of all fibers. Melt-blown non-woven fabric has good waterproofness and gas permeability due to its special structure and raw material polypropylene. It has high filtration efficiency, and functions such as bacteria separation, filtration, heat insulation, warmth, insulation, non-toxicity and no stimulation. .

The weight range is generally 15-500 g/m2; the basic width is 1500 mm to 2400 mm;

The application is generally for filter materials, oil absorbing materials, sanitary materials such as rags and the like.

 

Brief Introduction to spunbond nonwovens

Weight range: 9 g / square meter - 260 g / square meter;

Basic width: 2400mm and 3200mm;

Material: polypropylene, polyester

Performance: excellent softness; non-toxic, antibacterial, anti-corrosion; good breathability, waterproof performance; high level of tensile strength and elongation; excellent processing properties and thermal stability.

Nonwovens Usage:

A, medical, health: such as disposable medical supplies, diapers, personal hygiene products;

B, packaging materials and lining materials: such as a variety of shopping bags, storage bags, packaging bags, furniture and lining materials;

C, agricultural covering materials: such as sunscreen, insect proof, cold and heat preservation, moisturizing and other covering film, protective film and harvest film.

 

Brief Introduction to SMS Nonwovens (Spunbond + Meltblown + Spunbond Nonwovens)

Weight range: 30-500 g / square meter;

Basic width: 1500mm and 2400mm;

Performance: non-toxic and tasteless, efficient bacteria. Through special treatment of equipment, it can achieve antistatic, alcohol, anti-plasma, water and water production.

Nonwovens Usage:

A, medical and health labor protection products such as surgical gowns, surgical caps, protective clothing, hand washing clothes, handbags, etc.

B, sanitation products such as filter non-woven fabric, oil absorbing cloth, rag

C, insulation materials and clothing accessories
