What is capsule coffee:
Capsule coffee is type of specially processed coffee product made with coffee powder and food grade aluminum capsule. When production, coffee beans is ground into powder, and filled into aluminum capsules by packing machine, and sealed up with cap, which prevented ordinary coffee beans or coffee powder from becoming sour and oxidized when exposed to air.

Who invented capsule coffee:
Eric Favre invented capsule coffee. The concept of coffee capsules was born in 1976, dedicated to capsule coffee machines. Under the leadership of Eric Favre, Nestlé launched Nespresso, the world's first coffee capsule product.

Eric Favre, as a coffee connoisseur, has visited countless cafes in Italy and tasted thousands of cups of espresso coffee with different flavors. In a coffee shop in Rome called Sant' Eustachio, he discovered that the boss made different ways of making espresso. When he operated the espresso machine, he often turned the handle complicatedly because he thought the machine was malfunctioning, causing a large amount of compressed gas to enter the cup, and So inspired, developed the coffee capsule products that people see today.

And in 1986, Nestle officially separated its coffee capsule department, Nespresso SA was formally established, and inventor/founder Eric Favre became CEO. Eric Favre left Nestlé in 1989 and established his own independent coffee capsule company Monodor, hoping to maximize his lifelong efforts around coffee technology. In 2000, began to cooperate with Lavazza to promote its coffee capsule technology and products.

How to brew capsule coffee:
The capsule coffee is for coffee machine, and each time you brew coffee, you can directly take out a capsule and brew it via the coffee machine, with following steps:

1. Clean water injection system: Fill the water tank with water and start the machine. Place a container under the machine spout, drain half of the water tank into the container, and use the remaining half for cleaning the hot water/steam attachment.
2. Warm up: Press the power switch and wait for about 30 seconds until the red light stops flashing and the green light turns on.
3. Coffee in capsule: Pull open the lid, pull out the capsule box, and put in the capsule coffee. After depressing the cap, the capsule is poked.

4. start making: Press the rocker left and right to start making, the left is cold and the right is hot.
5. Brewing completed: Wait about 20 seconds, and the coffee is ready to drink.

How to produce capsule coffee & Here's the process for making the coffee capsules by coffee capsule filling sealing machine:

1. Work on coffee grinding
Based on what was discussed earlier, each brand has a signature coffee grind type: Medium-coarse, Medium and fine grinding. For consistency, normally will stick with it in the rest of the products manufactured and distributed for our clients.

2. Prepare cups and wrappers
Usually, the designed plastic cups will be prepared next - neat and clean, ready to store some coffee. Packaging machines will also be installed. The cups will rest on the slots that will hold them while the coffee is being filled and other procedures. The different colored cups symbolize the wide variety and types of coffee, including flavors.

3. Filling and capping - Filling and sealing machine will do this job!
After the preparation phase, here comes the coffee loading phase. As mentioned earlier, a capsule of coffee usually weighs 5 to 8 grams. Thus, the "conveyor belt" moves the cups loaded into the components on the packaging machine. This movement represents the turning of the other cups to be filled, one after the other.

Some manufacturers include coffee filters in the capsules. Some are not. Once that process is complete, the cap is over! Put the corresponding cap on the opened capsule and cover it with coffee. Again, one after the other as they all move systematically.

4. Sealing - Automatic coffee filling and sealing machine will do
As simple as it may seem, we've made it through the fourth to last step! Admittedly, this is the most important one - sealing. Sealing is complex and critical. Consumers can use it against the manufacturer if the product is not sealed carefully and properly. In other cases, buyers will ask for a replacement. If not provided, they may have a long bad review of the distributor or the producer itself.

The problem is, they only want what they pay for. it is known. That's why the seal must get enough attention and careful work, otherwise the company will lose huge profits.

5. Brew test
But of course, hard work always pays off! The right coffee capsules are achieved through dedication, patience and a good quality of processing. But it doesn't stop there, the finished product still needs to be tested for quality purposes. Yes, proper procedures are followed and monitored, however, assessments are still required to ensure product requirements are met.

These coffee capsules are set on the appropriate brewing machine and actually brewed. This way, if there are general deficiencies, they will be evaluated and checked. If it is, the entire batch of processed capsules may be pulled or prevented from entering the market.

6. Packing and arrangement
If the requirements are met and there are no classification defects during the inspection, the finished product goes to the packaging stage. They are stored in boxes, arranged according to their taste, type and other categories. Then, stick labels on them.

7. Shipping and Delivery
Finally, we've reached the final step! If everything is ready, then coffee capsules will be fine. Coffee shops, stores, merchants and corporations have been waiting for them so they are shipped and distributed to legitimate and loyal customers before reaching your convenience store, grocery store and coffee table.

Drip coffee vs capsule coffee:
1. Drip coffee is more convinient to brew comparing with capsule coffee because capsule coffee can only be used with corresponding machines, which is not very convenient.

2. The advantage of capsule coffee is that the capsule wall is relatively hard and can maintain the prototype well under high temperature. Therefore, high-pressure water steam can be injected into the capsule, so that the coffee can be completely separated under the pressure, which can better ensure the quality of the coffee fragrant.
