The plastic film cannot bite into the hot roller of the automatic packaging machine at the top, or get rid of the hot roller, or the sides are uneven.

Reason 1: There is no parallel line between the film, the guide groove, the vertical sealing roller and the horizontal sealing roller.
Reason 2: The plastic film guide groove is excessively inclined.
Reason 3: The chain speed of the shaft sprocket of the horizontal sealing heat roller is disordered.

Adjustment method 1: Press the adjustment knob on the vertical sealing roller of the automatic packaging machine and turn it to the right to increase the pressure. The thickness of the film will be stretched. It should be noted that if the stretch is too large, it will not be able to seal.

Adjustment method 2: reduce the pressure of the vertical heat sealing roller, if the pressure is too high, the plastic film cannot be clamped in, and it may be squeezed out.

Adjustment method 3: The clamping amount of the vertical sealing roller is more than usual, generally 10MM should be clamped at 7MM.

Adjustment method 4: When the above adjustment is still uneven through the automatic packaging machine, bend the guide groove on the side of the plastic film inwards.
Adjustment method five: There is a difference in the axis of the film guide groove, and it should be replaced if the production is not good.

Reason 1: The gap between the moving knife and the fixed knife is not adjusted properly

Adjustment method: There are two short tightening screw bolts on both sides of the fixed knife, and two long clamping screw bolts on both sides of the fixed knife. When the cutting edge of the moving knife is close to the fixed knife, it depends on the friction of the two knives. When the plastic film is broken, the gap between the cutting edges of the two pillow packaging machines should be 1/100MM. It is enough for the two sharp knives to touch slightly, so that the sharp blades are always kept parallel. Adjustment, the cutter clutch needs to be loosened during adjustment.

Reason 2: If the cutting edge is small, use oil stone to grind it, and if the damage is thick, use a CNC grinding machine to repair it.

Reason 3: The installation of the cutter is not good. The clutch of the cutter is not good enough, and the positioning key is loose.

Solution: Check each position carefully and tighten again.
