Inner and outer tea bag packing machine:
Green tea bag packing machine manufacturer for packing solution and their reasons are as follows:
1. Vacuum green tea bags: Green tea is often packaged in vacuum packaging, mainly because green tea is susceptible to moisture and oxidation. Vacuum packaging can effectively remove the air in the package, reduce the oxygen content, thereby slowing down the oxidation rate of green tea and maintaining its freshness and color, aroma and taste. In addition, vacuum packaging can prevent moisture and odor, further extending the shelf life of green tea.
2. Tin can green tea: Use metal cans with excellent sealing properties such as iron cans and stainless steel cans to pack green tea and place them in a cool and dry place. For newly purchased cans or cans with odor, you can first put a little tea powder in the can to remove the odor. The main reason for this method is moisture-proof, anti-oxidation and anti-extrusion. The metal can has good sealing properties and can effectively isolate air and moisture. At the same time, the metal material can also prevent the tea leaves from being squeezed and deformed.
3. Green tea filter bag: Green tea is often packaged in small bags, mainly for the convenience of carrying and brewing, controlling the amount of tea, and maintaining the quality of the tea. Small filter bags make green tea very convenient to transport, carry, and use, and there is no need to weigh the tea each time you brew, you can just take out a bag. In addition, small bags can also isolate air and moisture to a certain extent, maintaining the freshness and taste of green tea.
4. Storage method in food bags and aluminum foil bags: This method is to wrap the green tea with soft clean paper, put it in a food bag or aluminum foil bag, squeeze out the air in the bag as much as possible and seal it. Choose bags with high density, opaque, high pressure and thick, good strength, no odor, and good sealing, which can better extend the shelf life of tea. The main reason for this method is moisture-proof and odor-proof, because green tea has strong adsorption and easily absorbs moisture and odor in the air, thus affecting the quality. At the same time, the light-shielding property of the aluminum foil bag can also effectively prevent green tea from oxidizing and discoloring due to light.
The above packaging methods have their own advantages and disadvantages, and the most suitable packaging method can be selected according to the actual situation.
