Honduras Lempira Coffee

Honduras Lempira Coffee producing regions of Honduras:
The vast majority of coffee varieties grown in Honduras are Arabica, among which are Bourbon, Caturra, Catuai, Typica and Pacas derived varieties. Honduras coffee beans are larger in shape, uniform in size, uniform and shiny in color. Cardura species-native to Brazil, is a variant of Bourbon. Kaduai species-originated from Brazil. It is a mixture of Mundo Novo and Caturra. The fruit shape is quite similar to Bourbon, but the yield per plant is higher and the flavor is also quite acidic.

Honduras is located in the northern part of Central America, bordered by the Caribbean Sea in the north and Fonseca Bay in the Pacific in the south, bordered by Nicaragua and El Salvador in the east and south, and bordered by Guatemala in the west. It is mostly mountainous and plateau. Besides, Honduras has a complex terrain and diverse climate. Honduras Lempira Coffee grading standard based on altitude:
S: Standard grade, planting height less than 1000 meters
HG: High Grown grade, planting height is 100-1500 meters
SHG: Strictily High Grown, planting height above 1500 meters
The Honduran Moroud Manor is about 1600 meters above sea level, which belongs to the SHG grade.

Brewing recommendations:
Suggested cooking method: hand flushing parameters: water temperature: 90-91℃; grinding degree: medium and fine grinding (Chinese standard No. 20 screen pass rate is 80%); powder-water ratio: 1:15; stepwise extraction method Brew. Use 30 grams of water for steaming, steaming for 30 seconds; the center of the small water flow is filled with water to 125 grams.
