1. Optimizing roller swing and roller fixed-point logic control mode:
In view of the problem that the directional rotation of the original drum leveling machine and the degree of uniformity of the tea leaves in the drum are limited, the newly added drum swing and drum fixed-point logic control mode can make the raw materials more evenly blended, and reduce the tea breakage rate and equipment performance and consumption.
2. Electrostatic cleaning method:
The original electrostatic impurity removal equipment uses high-voltage static electricity, but because high-voltage static electricity is easy to generate electric sparks, it is not suitable for tea refining. Replace high-voltage static electricity with frictional static electricity, and use the principle of frictional electrification to make the tea leaves jump forward along the inclined vibrating screen surface under the roller. After 6 times of electrostatic adsorption, the hair, fiber and dust in the tea can be basically removed. And other impurities are removed.
3. Tea color sorting method:
Using infrared photoelectric technology, according to the difference in the optical characteristics of the material, the infrared photoelectric technology is used to automatically sort the non-tea foreign objects such as foreign colors and shapes in the tea raw materials; quantitatively supply raw materials through the belt, and pass 6 groups of each during the transmission process. A group of 64 channels and 2 InGaAs (indium gallium arsenide) infrared cameras are used for double-sided identification to accurately identify defective products, and then a new 4 mm small-diameter high-speed nozzle (1500 times/second) is used to inject compressed air to remove defective products. 4. Metal detection and impurity removal methods:
